Professional development session

Preve Excellence started with a resignation letter that was never sent.

Our founder, Elena Riann, spent twelve years climbing the ladder at multinational consulting firms. She checked every box society told her mattered. The promotions came. The salary increased. The title got more impressive.

But something felt fundamentally off.

She'd help organizations transform their operations, their culture, their strategy. Then she'd go home and realize she couldn't transform her own life. She was giving everyone else the tools for change while staying stuck in patterns that no longer served her.

The Breaking Point

It happened on a Tuesday. Nothing dramatic. Just another strategy presentation to another C-suite. She was explaining a transformation framework when she stopped mid-sentence.

The executives looked up, waiting. She realized she'd been delivering the same insights for years while avoiding the transformation she needed most.

Professional woman in thought

That moment became the catalyst. Not for quitting—everyone quits something. For building what comes next.

She spent the following year working with psychologists, executive coaches, performance specialists. Invested over SGD 60,000 in her own development. Tested every framework. Discarded most of them.

What remained was different from anything she'd encountered in corporate training or traditional coaching.

The Methodology That Emerged

Most personal development falls into two camps: tactical (here's a morning routine) or abstract (visualize your best self). Neither creates lasting change.

What works is something in between. We call it structural transformation.

It starts with mapping your current operating system. The beliefs driving your decisions. The patterns governing your responses. The stories you tell yourself about who you are and what's possible.

"The first session, Elena asked me to explain a recent decision. Then she showed me the pattern I'd been running for twenty years. I'd never seen it until she pointed it out." — James K., Investment Manager

Once you see the structure, you can redesign it. Not through willpower or discipline—those are exhausting and temporary. Through targeted interventions that shift the foundation.

The changes become inevitable rather than forced.

Our Principles

Evidence Over Opinion

We track what works. Every engagement includes measurable markers. If something isn't moving the needle, we adjust approach.

Honesty Over Comfort

Growth requires seeing things as they are, not as we wish them to be. We'll tell you what you need to hear, not what feels good.

Results Over Process

The methodology serves the outcome. If a traditional approach works for you, we use it. If not, we adapt.

Integration Over Information

You don't need more knowledge. You need help applying what you already know. We focus on implementation, not education.

Who We Serve

Professional mentoring session

Since founding in 2019, we've worked with over 200 clients. Technology executives. Entrepreneurs. Medical professionals. Artists between chapters.

The common thread isn't industry or position. It's awareness. They know they're capable of more and they're tired of doing it alone.

We work primarily with professionals in Singapore, though we maintain relationships with clients across Southeast Asia and beyond. Most engagements are in person, though we've adapted our approach for remote work when needed.

We deliberately keep client numbers limited. Quality of transformation requires attention, and attention requires constraint.

Why "Excellence"

The name Preve Excellence isn't about perfection. Excellence is different.

Perfection is rigid. It demands you meet an external standard. It creates anxiety and breeds burnout.

Excellence is personal. It asks: what's the best version of this? What's possible given who you are and what you care about?

Excellence makes room for growth. Perfection punishes failure. Excellence learns from it.

That distinction guides everything we do.
